Come participate in the first, public demonstration of these impressive projects, see first-hand what they are working on and hear their perspective on what works in emerging technologies and platforms.

The 2012 CIC is the sixth annual competition bringing together teams of students to put forward their best ideas to demonstrate where the mobile and convergence marketplace is heading. The teams compete on originality of their ideas, completeness of their prototypes and the business viability of their projects.

The CIC categories for 2012 are Health IT, Societal Impact, Mobile Augmented Reality, Machine-to-Machine, and Campus Community. This year marks a significant milestone with the Societal Impact category that opens the competition up to students from other area schools. CIC Industry sponsors for this year include Hitachi, Google, HP, ATT, Alcatel Lucent, and NTT. CIC is a production of the Georgia Tech Research Network Operations Center (GT-RNOC) and the Georgia Tech Institute for People and Technology.
